Charles Logan

International Director

Charles is the global functional head for Hays Resource Management representing its interests at board level. He has held many senior management positions within Hays Plc during his 25 years tenure and founded Hays Resource Management in 1994.


Paul Mallinson

Managing Director, UK & Ireland

Prior to joining Hays in 1988, Paul trained as a Chartered Accountant with a well known accounting and management consultancy. In his 20 years at Hays Paul has held a variety of management roles culminating in taking responsibility for Hays RM in 1997. Since then he has been at the forefront of establishing an increasingly sophisticated and strategic business model in line with the changing needs of the RPO industry's clients.


Jacky Carter

Managing Director, ASIA PAC

Jacky started her career in recruitment joining Hays in 1987. Transferring to Australia with Hays in 1989 she has held several management roles across operations, marketing and advertising and is responsible for key client development. Since 2002 Jacky has been the key driver of the development, implementation and delivery of RPO solutions to clients in the Asia Pac region.


Simon Bradberry

Director of Commercial Operations

Simon joined Hays in 1992. Since then he has developed a wealth of recruitment experience dealing with large global clients. In his role as Director of Commercial Operations Simon is responsible for all of Hays RM corporate clients. He has been instrumental in developing the growth of Hays RM and has been a driving force for establishing the HaysWorkflow team, the Project Office and the Business Development team.


Janet Berry

Director of Client Services

Janet has held a number of senior management positions since joining Hays in 1990. She has been influential in designing and implementing resourcing contracts delivering key improvements for clients across the UK and Ireland. In her role as Director of Client Services, Janet is responsible for the establishment and management of HRM Choice; a new Hays RM service to deliver specialist solutions to a broader selection of clients.


Maggie Benson

Director of Project Services

Maggie joined Hays RM 11 years ago and has held both operational service delivery and implementation roles. Since 2000 she has followed her true interest; developing technology platforms. With the introduction of HaysWorkflow in 2001, Hays RM became the first provider with its own dedicated RPO software platform. As Director of Project Services, Maggie and her project team have been pivotal in making technology the bedrock of Hays RM operations across Europe.


Robert Moffat

Director of Business Development EMEA

A qualified lawyer, Robert joined Hays and having developed recruitment expertise in Hays Accounting and Finance, he moved to Hays RM in 2001. He has held management roles in business development, implementation and operations throughout his 8 year managed service career. As Director of Business Development across EMEA he has lead a team responsible for the design of some of the most innovative solutions within the RPO market and Hays RM's rollout across continental Europe.


Steve Fawssett

Director of Finance

Steve has held a number of financial roles during his nine years with Hays including Director of Accounting. He has been instrumental in developing an international strategy leading to the growth of Hays RM in emerging markets. A qualified accountant, with a masters in strategic financial management, Steve’s financial supervision has provided the foundation for key technological innovations
